Yoga – Yin Yang Yoga
About The Class
Yin Yang Yoga offers a harmonious blend of flowing movement and deep, mindful stillness. The first half of the class awakens your body with a breath practice and light flow, warming up muscles and preparing your body and mind. In the second half, you settle into longer-held, grounded postures that target connective tissue, allowing for deep release and restoration.
This practice supports both strength and relaxation, engaging muscles when needed, then turning inward to calm the mind and nourish the fascia.
A balanced practice suitable for all levels, blending energising movement with deep, grounding stillness.
