I have surrounded myself with sports and fitness all my life. They are the two things I have an intense passion for and find it extremely rewarding sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm on the topics.

Being a huge believer of keeping fit and healthy, I like motivating people to do the same.

My personal way of doing this, is regularly using the gym and playing for my local football team twice a week. This is not only physically beneficial but great socially.

I like to bring this into the gym, getting to know customers and giving advice.

I have been in and around a gym environment for about 10 years and love the benefits of the gym, not just physically but mentally. Training 5/6 days a week is my passion and I also love to help people achieve their goals within the fitness industry.

I have achieved a level 3 personal training qualification, and in the future look to develop my skills further with other courses.

I enjoy running and playing football and if I were to describe myself, I would say I am approachable, knowledgeable and have a good sense of humour.

I work to adapt routines to help achieve maximum efficiency for each person. Starting with what you’re capable of doing, to challenging and testing yourself to transform you and your confidence.

To me, a healthy lifestyle is more than just working out. It includes stretching, nourishing yourself and finding the right balance for your lifestyle. Being a mum of two, I know how hard it can be to find the time and balance.
