Birthday Parties

Our Children’s Parties at Bridport Leisure Centre are always energetic and full of fun. We are currently offering the following Birthday Parties; Bouncy Castle and Soft Play, we will update this page as and when we are able to add to our offering.

Bouncy Castle Party [90 minutes]: includes the use of our Jungle Themed Bouncy Castle, Soft Play (upon request) and Diddie Cars (upon request):

• 2-10 years
• up to 20 children
• 60 minutes bounce time plus 30 minutes for party food
• £80

Please note:

• A member of staff will switch off the Bouncy Castle after 60 minutes of bounce time, after which re-admittance to the Bouncy Castle is not permitted.
• Staff are not responsible for the supervision of the Bouncy Castle Party. Supervision of the party is the responsibility of the host parent.
• A member of staff will be available to assist with the setting up and taking down of the Bouncy Castle and for any issues that may arise.
• Supervision ratios are:
  2 – 5 Years old:      1*:5 children
  6+ Years:               1*:8 children
  * Adults (16+) or a parent / guardian

Soft Play Party [90 minutes]: includes the use of our Soft Play and Diddie Cars (upon request):

• 0-10 years
• up to 20 children
• 60 minutes match time, 30 minutes for party food
• £65

Please note:

• Staff are not responsible for the supervision of the Soft Play Party. Supervision of the party is the responsibility of the host parent.
• A member of staff will be available to assist with the setting up and taking down of the equipment and for any issues that may arise.
• Supervision ratios are:
  0 – 5 Years old:      1*:5 children
  6+ Years:               1*:8 children
  * Adults (16+) or a parent / guardian

Birthday Party – General Terms and Conditions

• Bouncy Castle and Soft Play Parties are available Saturdays and Sundays.
• Bouncy Castle and Soft Play Parties include one hour of activity time with an additional 30 minutes available for party food.
• Tables, chairs, water jugs and a music player are provided. Please bring your own party food, music, decorations, cutlery and plates.
• An extra 15 minutes is allocated either side of the party booking for setting up and packing away.
• Full payment is required at time of booking.
• A member of staff will set up and take down the Bouncy Castle and Soft Play Equipment. They will not be present for the duration of the party.
• Overall supervision of the children is the responsibility of the host parent(s) at a ratio of:
  2-5 Years: 1 adult per 5 children
  6+ Years: 1 adult per 8 children
• Cancellations must be made in writing and no later than 10 days prior to the booking.
• Bridport Leisure Centre reserves the right to amend or cancel any party booking.

Bouncy Castle Rules

• No footwear, jewellery, glasses, badges or food and drink are allowed on the bouncy castle
• Socks must be worn.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Adults are not allowed on the bouncy castle unless accompanying children under 4 years of age.
• No somersaults or rough play allowed.
• Children must not climb up the walls of the bouncy castle or play on the front step of the bouncy castle.
• No party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used.
• Children are not allowed back on the bouncy castle after food.
• In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the bouncy castle immediately and a member of staff is contacted via Reception.
• Do not remove the safety barriers or go beyond them.
• In the event of an emergency, please contact a member of staff via Reception.
