Volleyball and Basketball
Volleyball and Basketball at Bridport Leisure Centre combine a fast-paced cardio workout with stamina, toning and lots of fun. As well as being sociable team sports, both activities develop hand-eye coordination and strengthen bones and joints.
Volleyball or Basketball courts at Bridport Leisure Centre are set up in the main sports hall.
What to wear: please wear light-soled trainers and and light, breathable sportswear. Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated during your session.

Bookings can be made seven days in advance, please call us on 01308 427464. Balls and other equipment are available for hire from reception for a small charge and a deposit.
