Jess has been a valued member of the Bridport Leisure Centre team for the past three years. She began her journey as a full-time Centre Assistant, and has since progressed into a Swimming Teacher and part-time Duty Manager.

Jess particularly enjoys teaching swimming and supporting younger children as they build confidence in the water. “Helping children feel safe and confident in the pool is the most rewarding part of my job,” she says. When managing, she enjoys working closely with colleagues and interacting with regular customers. Outside of work, Jess enjoys strength training, running and swimming, and is currently studying Nursing at university, focusing on child health and mental health.
