Stages 3 to 7. Cover Instructor. Junior Swim Fit.

Jess has worked at the centre for two years and loves helping children build confidence in the water. She enjoys seeing them challenge themselves and achieve their goals, whether that’s putting their face in the water or mastering a new distance or skill.

She said: “The centre is a great place to work as everyone in the team is so friendly and easy to get on with, creating a community for all users and staff.” This has always been a special place for Jess, learning to swim here from the age of three, and enjoying fun session.

She later joined Bridport Barracudas and competed at County and Regional levels. Currently completing a degree in Childhood Studies, Care and Education, Jess plans to complete teacher training next year.
