Pickleball
Pickleball is a fun sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis.
You can play Pickleball at Bridport Leisure Centre on our badminton courts with a slightly modified tennis net.
Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, over a net.
It couldn’t be easier to have a go at Pickleball and discover for yourself just how much fun it is!
What to wear: Please wear non-marking court trainers and light, breathable sportswear.
Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.
Prices and booking:
£12 per court for a 60-minute session.
Pickleball courts at Bridport Leisure Centre can be booked by
non-members seven days in advance. Please call 01308 427464.
Hire pickleball paddles and balls from reception for a small charge and a deposit.
You can also join our Pickleball Open Sessions.
Sessions are held at the following times:
Mondays 8am to 9am & 9am to 10am
Wednesdays 7.45am to 8.45am & 8.45am to 9.45am
Thursdays 8am to 9am
Saturdays 8am to 9.30am
The cost is £6 per session or £5.50 concessions. Booking essential.
