Badminton
Fast-paced and fun, Badminton is great for developing agility, coordination and strength.
It can be played in single or double matches.
Badminton at Bridport Leisure Centre is played on one of our four courts in the light and airy main sports hall.
Centre staff will set up the court, and equipment including shuttlecocks and rackets are available to hire from reception.
What to wear: comfortable, light-soled trainers, and light sportswear will maximize flexibility and ensure you stay cool.
Bring plenty of water to keep you hydrated during your session.
£12 per court per hour. Up to 4 players.

Equipment is available for hire from reception for a small charge and a deposit.

Sessions are held at the following times:
Mondays 10am to 12pm
Wednesdays 10am to 11am
Thursdays 10.15am to 11.45am
The cost is £6 per session or £5.50 concessions. Booking essential.
