About The Course
If you are looking to build strength in a fun, dynamic, and empowering way then join our brand-new Pole Fitness 4-week course and discover what your body can do!
In this beginner-friendly course, you’ll learn the essential foundations of pole fitness, including:
• Different pole grips
• Core engagement for controlled movement
• Shoulder stability techniques
• Flexibility skills to support key pole moves
Over the 4 weeks, you’ll gradually learn a selection of moves, positions, and spins that you’ll bring together into a short routine, boosting your coordination, memory, and self-confidence.
Course Schedule
This is a 4-week fitness course that commences on Saturday 3rd January, running until Saturday 24th from 11am to 12pm.
The cost is £40 for the course.
