Bridport Leisure Centre offers a designated free weight area within the main Fitness Suite and another in the SkillX Studio. They are well equipped with various types of free weights, such as dumbbells, barbells, and weight plates.
Providing you with the space and equipment you need to perform strength training exercises that utilize resistance from gravity, rather than machines or cables.
