Yoga – Pregnancy Yoga

About The Class

Pregnancy yoga is designed to help you maintain and develop strength and flexibility throughout your pregnancy.
Classes are tailored to expectant mothers and involve gentle poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.

Pregnancy yoga reduces stress, improves circulation, and enhances mental clarity. It helps alleviate common pregnancy discomforts like back pain and swelling, prepares the body for labour, and fosters a strong mind-body connection for childbirth.

You will be offered a warm welcome and an invitation to stretch and move your changing body. Use breath techniques to help manage anxiety and meditation practices to connect with your developing baby.
